This reasonably hardy herbaceous bulb clumps up quickly and seems to be triggered into flower with summer rain showers. The flowers are almost translucent shell pink over many weeks The palest shell pink flowers are held on strong stems and naturalises quickly if conditions are right. A winter mulch when overwintering outdoors.
