Payment, Delivery & Returns

Delivery Charges

We aim to despatch your order within two to three days of receiving it and to have your plants with you within 24 hours of despatch. Orders from outlying areas of the UK  will take longer. Parcels are sent by a specialist parcel carrier with ‘Priority Service'. You will receive an email when your plants have been dispatched with a tracking code allowing you to follow your order through the delivery system. 

Our UK delivery charges are as follows:

£9.50: UK mainland (see below for postcode exceptions)

Unavailable: Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man

Delivery surcharge by postcode (one surcharge per order)

£8.00: Scottish Mainland - AB37-38, AB41-56, IV1-20, IV25, IV30-37, IV63, KW1-3, KW6-10, KW14, PH15-26, PA21-35, PA37-39, PH33, PH49

£13.00: Scottish Offshore - HS1-9, IV41-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA62-76, PH42-44, ZE1-3

We can not deliver to other European countries including the Republic of Ireland. 

No deliveries will be made on Bank or National Holidays and there may be a delayed service if we are on holiday. 

Plants are packed using recyclable materials.
Be sure to unpack your plants as soon as possible . Place them in a light position outside and water well until you are ready to plant them out.

Payment Options

There are numerous secure options for payment via the new Shopify site and you can pay securely online via PayPal (no need for an account - choose the pay by debit or credit card at the checkout stage). You can also contact us and order your plants by email or telephone. (01409 253654 email hello@borderalpines.co.uk) and an invoice will be included in your parcel, and you can pay by BACS or cheque.
